The transformation server works with Alfresco Community and Alfresco Enterprise from version 5.2. Thanks to the transformation server, you can use the capabilities of the Ms Office package in Alfresco to convert documents between different formats while maintaining the appearance of these documents presented by the programs of this package. It is also possible to compare document versions and clearly display differences between documents.
